Cording is a ribbed piece of fabric, A slender length of flexible material usually made of twisted strands or fibres and used to bind, tie, connect, or support.
Cording is commonly used as a means of adding intricate design detail to garments.
On the pink dress you can see cording at the neck and waistline to fastened the garment together. On the black blazer cording is used as a means of decoration.
